Do I need a patch test if I have had tint somewhere else?
A patch test must always be completed 48 hours before the first tint appointment even if this treatment has been carried out somewhere else. This is due to a wide variety of products on the market and all salons using different ones.
Why do I need a consultation?
A consultation will help our therapists tailor the treatment to your needs, therefore making the treatment more effective.
What products do The Maple Tree use?
We use and stock Image Skincare for our facials. Lycon is used for waxing.
Does the Maple Tree have a rewards card?
We do! We have something called a treatcard, per pound you spend you gain a point. These then add up and you will be able to have a treatment you have never had, its why its called a ‘treat’ card.
What credit/debit cards do you accept
We accept all credit/debit cards apart from American Express.
Do you have parking?
There is parking available directly opposite the salon for 2 hours free parking. If your treatment is longer there is parking behind the co op (a 5 minute walk from us) which is free for 2 hours and then 20p after that.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We only require a deposit for a large booking or a booking with multiple treatments.
What happens if I am late for an appointment?
If you are 5-10 minutes late for your appointment we will have to shorten your treatment if it is possible, if you are later than 15 minutes we may have to reschedule your treatment.
