We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment – lateness will result in reduced treatment time.
We operate a ‘Quiet Zone’ policy and respectfully ask that all mobile phones are switched off and customers do not bring children to the salon. This ensures quality of service to all our customers.
Cancellations or ammendments including cancelling part of a treatment with less than 24 hours notice or unattended appointments will result in the loss of your booking fee.
Booking fee’s are 50% of booking unless told otherwise.
Booking fee deposits can be paid by debit card, when making your online booking. Card details are not stored.
Booking fee deposits will be deducted from your total appointment bill when paying, Leaving you with the remaining 50% to pay on the day of your appointment.
All booking fee deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment you will lose your booking fee.
Booking fee’s will be refunded in full or transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 24 hour cancellation period.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please notify me as soon as you can (more than 24 hours would be great), this helps me re-allocate your slot. You may know how busy I can get and how frustrating it is when I cant fit you in so this helps me free up spaces for those wanting to book. I will do my best to re-schedule you in at my next availablity.
